When Mel Garbark passed away in 2016 there were 90 completed works of art remaining in his studio. Thanks to his daughter Gale Dillon, the representative for his estate, these are being offered for sale through the Icehouse Gallery. The works are all professionally framed and can be shipped internationally. Contact the Gallery for a complete list of available paintings.Garbark‘s work reflects a natural concern for the ecology, preservation and future of the wildlife and landscapes he portrayed. He attended classes at the Art Institute in Chicago and the American Academy of Art and studied with Robert Bateman, Alan Hunt and John Seerey-Lester.
