 Judge Cheryl Slaughter:

Rebecca designed this dress from the drawing you see hanging on the wall. Her drawing is based on the bride-to-be’s description of her ideal wedding dress. The workmanship and original design of the dress are beautiful.  All seams are finished.  The antique lace was used in a beautiful way and applied well to the bodice.  The dress is fully lined and the skirt has multiple free-flowing layers.
